Customer Service Representative

As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing transportation assistance. You'll work closely with our management team and office staff to deliver excellent service and schedule transportation effectively and accurately.
What You'll Do :
- Answer incoming calls in a professional, timely manner
- Screen and transfer calls to appropriate team members
- Interview customers to determine transportation needs and eligibility
- Accurately input trip details and maintain up-to-date customer records
- Assign trips using scheduling software for maximum efficiency
- Document compliments, concerns, and feedback per procedure
- Create a respectful, supportive environment for customers and coworkers
