NANA Healthcare Management is seeking a Staff Accountant  to assist the Senior Financial Accountant in maintaining day to day financial operation by ensuring accuracy of data, integrity of financial reporting, and compliance with regulations in an organized manner. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who wants stability, mentorship, and purpose-driven work.

Schedule :  8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

Pay :   Base rate of $24 hourly

Type : Full-time

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, and / or Accounting, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance setting
• Attention to detail & critical thinking skills
• Excel and QuickBooks Desktop proficiency

Knowledge and Training :

Understanding of the operational and financial structure of addiction and mental health treatment facilities, particularly from an accounting or financial management perspective.

Job Responsibilities :

Support the accurate entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.

Support accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, client credit card payments, and reconciliation review.

Identify and report accounting discrepancies, unusual transactions, and financial variances to the Senior Finance Accountant, ensuring the integrity in financial reporting.

Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions
