Global Pharmacovigilance Operations Leader

Position Summary

Zoetis is seeking a strategic and visionary leader to serve as the Global Head of Veterinary Pharmacovigilance Operations. This critical role will provide global oversight and direction for the Pharmacovigilance (PV) Operations Pillar, ensuring excellence in PV System Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Global Pharmacovigilance Training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and operational execution of global pharmacovigilance activities, including (but not limited to) regulatory reporting, performance metrics, PV system ownership, and the PV Training program. This role will work in close partnership with leaders across the Global PV Signal Management and Medical Pillars to maintain and continuously improve robust, compliant PV systems, tools, and processes aligned with global regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Strategy

Lead the veterinary pharmacovigilance operations pillar function, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global veterinary pharmacovigilance regulations (e.g., EMA, FDA, USDA, VICH).

Provide oversight of PV Systems, tools and processes.

Mentor and develop pharmacovigilance staff, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and compliance.

Base Pay Range : $137,000 - $197,000

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in ( California ), ( NJ Remote ), ( NY Remote ), or ( Washington ). Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.

Base Pay Range : $155,000 - $223,000
