Base Salary of $70,000-$85,000 annually. Potential yearly Bonus : $13,000 ($1000 per period) cash, plus up to $29,250 deferred.

Train, develop, and provide career growth to your employeesMaintain a work-life balance with less than 48 hours per weekImmense growth opportunities for managementManage up to 100 employeesProvide customers with a unique and high-quality pizza dining experienceOversee the execution of the Via 313 brand dailyServe as the point of contact for all customer service matters.Oversee the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Via 313 standardsAssess and communicate the hiring needs of the store. Follow hiring processes for all employees according to mandatory guidelines.Complete all new hire paperwork / onboarding according to necessary deadlinesTrain employees professionally and profitably by applying Via 313 policies and proceduresIdentify areas of improvement and provide one-on-one mentoring. Administer and document verbal warnings, write-ups, and performance improvement action plans.Demonstrate experienced knowledge of all menu itemsLead monthly meetings with all employeesTroubleshoot store profitability by monitoring daily and weekly sales and cost control figures.Organize the restaurant following proper food rotation and cleanliness proceduresOrder all food, paper, chemical, and other supplies as needed to run the storeRecord and organize store invoicesCreate weekly staff schedules to fit the scheduling forecast and needs of the restaurantEnsure all employees follow proper policies and proceduresFollow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security.Adhere to cash handling and reconciliation policies and proceduresSend weekly update reports to the Director of Operations.Job Requirements
