What You'll Do
Lead the conceptualization and art direction for high-impact seasonal campaigns and promotional storytelling across digital and retail channels.
Drive the successful delivery of all creative deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Prepare for productions by building detailed shoot briefs and storyboards, ensuring a seamless creative process.
Collaborate cross-functionally with writers, designers, marketing managers, and production teams to ensure creative accuracy, timely execution, and alignment with strategic briefs.
Translate strategic briefs into innovative, presentation-ready concept decks that inspire stakeholders and align with business goals.
Maintain exceptional quality control, reviewing and refining work for accuracy, brand consistency, and excellence in execution.
Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming and concept development sessions, actively shaping creative direction.
Leverage emerging tools and techniques, including AI-generated imagery and curated stock, to support dynamic content creation.
Contribute to production planning, advising on timelines and budget allocations to optimize resources and creative outcomes.
This is not a People Manager role and there will be no direct reports to this position.
