Manager Foster Care Case Management

We are seeking a Manager of Foster Care Case Management to join our team.

Starting Salary: $54,000 - $58,000 (Salary)

We are seeking a Manager of Foster Care Case Management to join our team. Your role will be responsible for the supervision of foster care case management team members and service compliance with contract/licensing/funding body and accreditation requirements. As a member of the Missouri Foster Care team, you will supervise 7 team members and report to our Director of Foster Care and Adoption.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Supervise a unit of Case Management Specialists.
• Provide back-up supervision to case management staff (as needed) in the absence of other unit supervisors.
• Be accessible by phone after hours, holidays and weekends, when assigned as the on-call supervisor.
• Serve as an ongoing liaison between Cornerstones of Care and funding sources, always maintaining adequate communication channels to ensure that services remain flexible and creative in response to community needs.
• Ensure, through supervision and monitoring, that each Case Specialist maintains up-to-date records in the Cornerstones of Care and Children's Division management information systems for each child within established standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience working with children and the following:

• Bachelor's degree in social work or other human services related field required. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
• A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
