Job descriptionMaintains excellent customer service and working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business and goodwill Performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy Diagnoses causes of malfunctions and performs repairs Inspects customer vehicles to determine additional safety or service work required or recommended Road-tests vehicles as required Uses electronic equipment proficiently to run diagnostics and perform repairs, while maintaining skill using traditional hand and power tools Quality-checks completed jobs, particularly comebacks, to assure that repairs are properly made Entry level Full-time Management and Manufacturing Civil Engineering
Service Technicians needed in the automotive service department at a busy GM dealership.
Overview
We are hiring Service Technicians to perform vehicle repair and maintenance work in accordance with dealership and factory standards. You will work with a team and benefit from a compensation / rewards package designed to support your goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly guarantee and stairstep commission pay plan that keeps growing with no pay caps
- Shared health and dental plan. Company pays 70% of plan premiums
- 1 week of paid vacation after 3 months, and 2 weeks after 1 year
- 6 paid company holidays
- 1 day of PTO / sick leave earned each month
- 401k matching
- Life / AD&D insurance paid by the company
