Licensed HVAC Service Technician

$10,000 sign on bonus!!!! We are currently hiring for a full-time Licensed HVAC Service Technician for our growing business. The ideal candidate will have great work ethic, work independently, trustworthy, professional customer interaction. Candidate must have skills and experience with repairs and installation of residential and commercial heating & air conditioning systems, the ability to troubleshoot heating & cooling unit malfunctions. Candidate must maintain a clean, organized and well inventoried company van. Candidate must have a current valid CT driver license, good driving record and a current HVAC License with CT Dept. of Consumer Protection. Candidate must also be willing to take on call rotation.

• Removing old systems
• Installing new systems
• Performing routine maintenance
• Training junior team members
• Communicating with clients and customers
• Ordering and maintaining equipment
• Meeting local HVAC codes

Reed Mechanical will provide the employee with a attractive hourly wage based on experience, on call compensation, company van, tool allowance, paid time off, health benefits, company uniform, company sponsored training, and retirement planning options.
