Inventory Coordinator

Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support operations at our Bahama Mama Headquarters. This role is based at our HQ office (not in-store) and will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing stock, and supporting store teams with efficient product flow. Because many of our partners and vendors speak Hindi, English fluency is required and Hindi bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and timely inventory counts across all HQ product categories
• Reconcile physical counts with POS/system reports
• Maintain and update stock records, logs, and inventory spreadsheets
• Organize HQ storage areas and ensure proper product labeling
• Identify inventory discrepancies and resolve them promptly
• Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory items to management
• Support incoming shipments (receiving, inspecting, organizing)
• Work closely with management to ensure smooth operations and reduce shrinkage
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory control projects

Requirements

• Experience in a smoke shop, vape shop, or similar retail environment preferred
• Strong understanding of inventory processes and stock management
• Language: English required; Hindi bilingual candidates strongly preferred
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site at our HQ
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with HQ and store teams

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with POS or inventory management software
• Familiarity with vape, smoke, CBD, or convenience retail product categories
