Offer support through direct therapy, consultation, and education in clinic, home, school, and playground settings. Use evidence-based treatment and assessments tailored to each child. Work as part of a supportive team in a family-centered care environment. Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy NBCOT Board Certification Passion for working in pediatric care Pediatric experience or strong interest (New Grads Welcome!) $30,000 Sign-On Bonus $10,000 Relocation Allowance Productivity Bonus Structure $500 / month Student Loan Repayment Competitive Base Salary Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off & Holidays 403(b) Retirement Plan : 4% Match + 4% Employer Contribution (Total 8%)

- Shift Options : 9 : 00am6 : 00pm or 10 : 00am7 : 00pm
- Employment Type : Permanent
- Mentorship : Available (offsite)
