SR. Product Manager (Des Moines)

Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join our Enterprise Experience Enablement (EEE) platform product management team to work on a shared service that our business units utilize. Unlike the typical external customer facing products, our platform products you will support are used by our internal business units, such as engineers on other product teams, operations teams, marketing teams, etc. By acquiring a deep understanding of the platforms capabilities and complexities, youll use that knowledge to empower internal teams across the enterprise to better solve problems for their customers. This candidate will be compensated at an hourly rate between $58-61 / hour.

Software development background

Experience with a document team producing orders to physically print / mail documents

Vendor / 3rd party experience

Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of experience

3+ years of product experience - understanding enterprise strategy and discovery, execution and delivery with IT and Non-IT partners

Experience as a Product Manager for SCRUM teams, participating in Agile ceremonies

High level technical understanding - preferably working with software development teams utilizing AWS and Java.
