Job Description & Requirements Specialty : PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days, nights, flexible Employment Type : Travel Special Requirements : - 2 years PICU minimum or strong CVICU background with experience floating - CA license - BLS & PALS - Epic experience - preferred travel experience or experience with floating - Flu shot The 24-bed pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) admits more than 1,700 patients a year and has received a gold-level Beacon Award for Excellence. The 30-bed Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU) is situated in a space solely devoted to cardiac care, providing all levels of inpatient care for congenital or acquired heart disease. Advanced care modalities include extra corporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and a heart transplantation program. The 60-bed, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) acts a major Level IV referral center for the most critically ill newborns, many of whom suffer from severe heart and lung conditions or are born extremely premature.
