Your Impact
Ensure proper recruitment and onboarding to maintain staffing levels at 120+ team membersContinuous improvement of how we select talent (hiring rubric, standard operating procedures, hiring systems)Work with Third Party Recruiter, Cooper Connect, to source talent and maintain job postings and job descriptionsEnsure compliance with all labor laws and maintain all documentation requiredOversee the processing of payroll, administering of benefits and communicating changes with teamProvide training to employees and supervisors regarding accurate timekeeping policies and proceduresOversight of weekly audits of timekeeping and payroll records to ensure correct deductions, payrates, and accrualsCoordinate and schedule Team Member interviews with Senior DirectorsCreating and conducting new team member orientation with a focus on vision, mission and values and Chick-fil-A culture with an eye for continuous improvementCelebrate team member achievementsEnforcing critical components of the employee handbook and development manualOverseeing all documentation, write ups, growth plans and digitally managing all employee filesCreate and execute systematic leadership development growth paths that positively impact the team's performanceCoach, correct and encourage team members on a daily basis to strengthen Chick-fil-A culturePartner with managers and supervisors to ensure effective performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actionWork with employees to resolve workplace issues as they ariseSupport mediation between employees as neededConduct first 30 day check-ins with all team members and exit interviewsMeet bi-weekly with all directors to ensure hiring metrics are met and weigh in on coaching and terminationsStewarding uniform orders and tracking for new hires and current team membersBackground Profile
