Job description

This hybrid role is based in the greater Denver area and requires the successful candidate to work in our corporate office a few days a week. The position is a hybrid model that combines field office engagement with corporate office responsibilities.

What You Do

  • Learn how Eon's platform works from the ground up, effectively communicate its value, and navigate objections when identifying new opportunities.
  • Research and identify strategic prospects that exhibit signals of need or relevant corporate initiatives.
  • Perform extensive and persistent cold calls, emails, and social media touchpoints to diverse contact roles.
  • Stimulate opportunities by holding intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email to generate interest with a high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach, providing in-depth executive summaries to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive meetings.
  • Consistently meet or exceed 60 customer calls and emails daily.
  • Consistently meet or exceed opportunity quota that leads to progression through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate, diligent Salesforce hygiene with accurate and thorough notes, documenting all activity in CRM application and scheduling all follow-up calls.
  • Capitalize on relationships with senior team members to learn the nuances of healthcare sales processes and the product marketplace to continue advancing your career.

What You Will Bring

  • Healthcare experience or experience in selling SaaS / products with conceptual value.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, productivity tools, GTM intelligence tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Team-player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with an execution mindset focused on exceeding sales outcomes.

    $34.00 - $38.45 / hr ($70,720 - $80,000 annualized) + up to $25K bonus earning potential based on sales requirements.
