We're looking for an energetic and positive Cheer, Dance & Tumbling Instructor to join our YMCA team. This is a great opportunity to share your passion for performance and fitness while helping kids gain confidence, coordination, and teamwork skills in a safe, supportive environment.
Schedule : Evenings, Saturday morning availability. Teach one, two or all three formats. We will work with your schedule.
Salary : $12.00 / hr
What You'll Do
- Lead age-appropriate classes in cheer, dance, and tumbling.
- Create a fun, structured, and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Teach proper technique, safety, and teamwork.
- Build strong, positive relationships with youth and parents.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe and clean program space.
- Represent the Y's core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
