A company is looking for a Pricing Advisor to help multifamily customers maximize revenue and optimize occupancy through effective use of revenue management software.
Responsibilities
- Monitor key property performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities
- Advise clients on pricing and renewal strategies aligned with market conditions
- Leverage data to produce actionable recommendations for optimizing revenue
