Warehouse Supervisor

As we continue to grow, were looking for a hands-on, high-energy Warehouse Supervisor to take charge of our warehouse operations and lead a dedicated team.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and motivate a warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operationsincluding receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory through smart organization, regular cycle counts, and clear documentation.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring safety, speed, and accuracy.
• Train new team members and promote a strong safety-first culture.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification a pluswe can help if needed).
• Work closely with purchasing, sales, and customer service teams to solve problems and exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of experience supervising a warehouse teamideally in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or building supplies.
• Strong organizational and communication skillsyoure the kind of person who leads by example.
• Experience using warehouse software and Microsoft Office (WMS experience a plus).
• A forklift license or willingness to get certified.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• A commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
