Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled AutoCAD Designer with a focus on 3D BIM modeling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an office-based position and a strong background in 3-dimensional design. The primary responsibilities will include proficient use of AutoCAD for 3D modeling, expertise in Rivett, and the ability to reproduce overlays with precision.

Key Responsibilities :

1. 3D BIM Modeling : Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed and accurate 3D Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. Ensure that models are compliant with industry standards and project requirements.

2. Rivett Expertise : Demonstrate proficiency in Rivett software to enhance the precision and efficiency of design processes. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to integrate Rivett into project workflows.

3. Reproducing Overlays : Skillfully reproduce overlays by interpreting design specifications and reproducing them with precision. This may involve overlaying existing designs onto new projects or creating detailed reproductions for client presentations.

4. 3-Dimensional Design : Develop and enhance 3-dimensional designs using AutoCAD, considering spatial relationships and design aesthetics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 3D designs into project plans.

5. Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough quality checks on 3D models, Rivett designs, and reproduced overlays to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Address and rectify any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office-based position, with a focus on AutoCAD design.
• Proficiency in 3D BIM modeling using AutoCAD.
• Strong expertise in Rivett software.
• Demonstrated ability to reproduce overlays with precision.
• Solid understanding of 3-dimensional design principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
