Job purpose :

• Lead new model projects to mass production in the plastics department while ensuring all project targets are achieved in each of the SEQCDM categories.

Key accountabilities :

Project Planning & Coordination : Define SQDCM targets, manage investment / expense items, and lead cross-functional meetings with PEBU and internal teams.

Trial & Event Leadership : Coordinate line trials, tool delivery, material schedules, and part quality with forming teams.

Develop Injection Molding Process according to Honda standards.

Mass Production Readiness : Ensure training, documentation, quality databases, and GPCS systems are in place before launch.

Reporting & Communication : Prepare and present “WAR” documents and evaluation event updates to leadership.

Hands-On Support : Provide on-site support for data collection, equipment readiness, and issue resolution
