Part-Time Receptionist / Check-In Clerk

Serve as Part-Time Receptionist / Check-In Clerk at the City's Cannabis Dispensary. Responsible for verifying age and identity, receiving pre-orders, entering customer information and customer service.

Duties generally include, but are not limited to the following :

• Greet customers, verify identification, and create a warm and welcoming experience.
• Regulate the number of customers in the sales area as required by store policy.
• Operate the POS system and enter customer information accurately.
• Receive pre-orders and check-in patients for pre-orders.
• Answer phone calls politely and answer questions, transfer calls as needed and take messages.
• Control shoplifting and employee theft.
