In this role, the selected leader will be responsible for the strategic oversight of 2 functional homeroom directorates driving common engineering processes, tools, and technical developmental and training resources in support of engineering employees and managers across the Division portfolio, and will directly manage 2 Design Engineering directors. This position will be located in Roy UT, Huntsville AL, Colorado Springs CO or Manhattan Beach CA. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
