A company is looking for a Client Engagement Manager (Project Manager).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring project specifications and deadlines are met
Act as a client advocate by aligning internal project teams and prioritizing deliverables
Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets while providing proactive status updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required
5+ years' experience as a client-facing Project Manager; experience in the learning industry is a plus
Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project
Proven ability to manage budgets and support clients across multiple time zones
High competence in project and client services management
