Job descriptionReviewing construction specifications and plans Understanding scope requirements based on project documents and customer communication Completing digital takeoffs ensuring all spec and plan details have been captured Preparing customer proposals incorporating project details First line of contract negotiations Proficiency in single ply membranes, standing seam metal and shingles Proficiency in metal wall panels is a plus Perform other related duties and assignments as required Travel required to Central Texas Proven experience as an Estimator for Commercial Roofing Can read and understand Blueprints Can read and determine scopes of work based on specifications Experience in customer service will be appreciated Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of spreadsheet applications Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5 years in providing estimates for commercial and reroof projects Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications Strong work ethic
