Staff Accountant - Hedge Fund - Up to $105k + Bonus!

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join an accounting and finance team. This role provides excellent exposure to complex financial reporting, international accounting operations, and a highly competitive compensation structure. The Staff Accountant will work on journal entries, reconciliations, GAAP reporting, and FP&A analysis while gaining valuable experience in the financial services industry.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Base Salary : Up to $105,000
• Bonus : 10-15% annual target
• Profit Sharing : 12% of base + bonus contributed annually to retirement plan (regardless of employee contribution)
