What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment
• Establish customer rapport to offer solutions and provide the correct service
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and truck
• Participate in training, meetings and company events

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

The pay for this position is uncapped and technicians could earn $90,000-$150,000 / year. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
