Full-time Location : Portland, OR 97211 Shift : Night Shift Starts at 6 : 00 PM (until completion) Availability : 7 days a week (weekend availability required)

Benefits & Pay / Bonus Structure :

• Hourly Rate : Base rate of $21.00 / hour
• Additional wage premium and production bonuses available with potential to raise average wages up to approximately $33.00 / hour (if work performance criteria is met)
• Performance Wage Premium : Additional $1.00-$2.00 / hour based on meeting work performance goals
• Sign-On Bonus : $1,000
• Referral Bonus : $1,000
• Performance Bonus : $250-$375 (based on productivity)
