We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls and emailsIdentify the reason for the customers call, collect relevant information and provide solutionsSchedule appointmentsUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customersDocument all customer interactionsMeet personal and team quotasDaily office paperwork and maintenance of office and showroom areasRotating Saturday's and Weekends for company eventsQualifications
High school diploma / GEDPrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferredComfortable using computers and customer management softwareExcellent phone and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening techniquesAbility to work well under pressure and multitaskHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
