What You’ll Tackle:

• Orchestrate multi-state commercial closings from intake through funding, recording, and post-close reconciliation, ensuring flawless documentation and timelines.
• Serve as the strategic liaison among developers, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and principals, protecting funds and maintaining strict compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex title-curative issues, crafting innovative solutions that keep transactions on track.
• Deliver an elevated, boutique client experience that reinforces the firm’s private-client reputation.
• Mentor junior escrow talent, sharing best practices that raise team performance.

The Expertise You Bring:

Must-Haves

• 7+ years of expertise in orchestrating complex commercial real estate closings, encompassing office buildings, industrial sites, land purchases, and development initiatives.
• Proven independence and success within lean or boutique environments.
• Polished, trusted presence with clients and counterparties; long-tenure employment history.

Preferred

• Transferable book of business or deep network of repeat clients.
• Background at major competitors (Fidelity, First American, Landmark, Old Republic, Chicago Title).
• Presence across nationwide deals.
