ISO Regulatory Auditor

This role is responsible for auditing all processes related to the Device Care Center (DCC) Integrated Management System (IMS) regulatory programs. With a focus on QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) activities, the Regulatory Auditor 1 will use regulatory standards, Assurant documentation, and their technical expertise to identify non-conformances and opportunities for improvement. The auditor will generate reports, issue Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and support IMS Compliance team initiatives.

What will my duties and responsibilities be in this job?

Process Auditing

• Maintain and execute the documented annual audit schedule.
• Audit established processes against certified standards.
• Create and manage audit forms, records, reports, and visual data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Maintain audit data in both hard copy and electronic formats.
• Review audit findings with supervision and management.
• Issue, monitor, and close CARs as needed.

How much should I expect to travel : Up to 10% travel to support other US DCCs and / or audit external clients / vendors, as needed.

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

This position requires incumbents to regularly sit at a desk and operate standard office equipment such as a computer and phone. Employee is occasionally required to stand and walk, lift, carry, and / or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Pay Range : $20.49 - $33.81

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
