We are a rapidly expanding organization offering our clients complete end-to-end supply chain solutions including Air / Ocean logistics, consolidations, warehousing, Customs brokerage & domestic trucking services.
We are excited to announce that we are looking for Import / Export Clerks in our Operations Department for the South San Francisco office.
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage import air and ocean shipments from origin to destination
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure shipments are delivered on time and according to customer specifications
- Handle high-volume phone communication with customers and vendors
- Perform accurate data entry into internal logistics systems
- Provide cost-effective logistics solutions and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Qualifications :
Strong customer service skills and a team-player attitudeProficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer skillsPrevious experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidateAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksWe offer :
