We are a rapidly expanding organization offering our clients complete end-to-end supply chain solutions including Air / Ocean logistics, consolidations, warehousing, Customs brokerage & domestic trucking services.

We are excited to announce that we are looking for Import / Export Clerks in our Operations Department for the South San Francisco office.

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage import air and ocean shipments from origin to destination
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure shipments are delivered on time and according to customer specifications
• Handle high-volume phone communication with customers and vendors
• Perform accurate data entry into internal logistics systems
• Provide cost-effective logistics solutions and identify areas for improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
