Location : La Puente, CA Pay : $60 – $65 / hr Schedule : 9 / 80 (Mon–Thu 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM, Fri 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM) Opportunity Join a long-term municipal assignment with the chance to extend your tenure and make a direct impact on community safety and compliance. ICC Building Inspector certification is highly desired. Key Responsibilities Review construction plans and conduct inspections for compliance with codes Provide guidance to architects, engineers, contractors, and homeowners Enforce municipal, state, and federal building codes Inspect residential, commercial, and industrial projects across structural, energy, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems Oversee Permit Center operations and manage inspection staff Address citizen complaints and recommend corrective actions Mentor, train, and evaluate staff while promoting best practices Knowledge & Expertise Federal, state, and local building codes (including California Building Codes) Building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire codes Safety standards and construction practices Supervisory and staff management principles Requirements ICC certification(s) as specified in the contract Valid California Class C Driver’s License (required at hire) For details, contact Tali Clavijo, MSHRM at Nclavijo@superbtechinc.com or call / text 310-670-0705.
