  • Develop multi-agent orchestration frameworks for enhanced collaboration among specialized agents.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of product delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Full-Stack & Backend Development
  • Build APIs, backend services, and agentic workflows using Python, FastAPI, LangChain, and AWS SDKs.
  • Create reusable connectors for multi-model agents.
  • Develop front-end integrations for Teams and web applications via REST or GraphQL.
  • Data Engineering & Integration
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to establish reliable ETL / ELT pipelines into the Databricks Lakehouse.
  • Enhance data access and responsiveness for AI functionality.
  • Develop tools for monitoring data quality and performance.
  • DevOps & Platform Automation
  • Utilize Terraform and AWS CDK to automate infrastructure and deployments.
  • Implement best practices for LLMOps including cost monitoring and model versioning.
  • Ensure robust security and compliance in all processes.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams in Agile sprints to rapidly iterate on solutions.
  • Clearly articulate technical progress to non-technical stakeholders and contribute to internal documentation.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years in software development on AWS, with a minimum of 2 years in AI / ML engineering using tools like LLMs and Bedrock.
  • Proficient in Python (LangChain, FastAPI) plus experience with SQL, Databricks, and vector databases.
  • Experienced in deploying production systems with AWS services.
  • Strong understanding of CI / CD, Infrastructure as Code, and GitHub Actions.
  • Familiarity with training / deploying ML models is desirable.
