Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify CMM programs using PC-DMIS (or other relevant software).
• Perform dimensional inspections using CMM and other precision measuring tools.
• Analyze inspection results and generate detailed reports.
• Maintain calibration of inspection equipment and tools.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the quality lab.
• Conduct in-process inspections during manufacturing to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform receiving inspections on incoming materials and components.
• Document and communicate non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis.
