You are An experienced Program Manager / Information Technology Program Manager - SME with deep expertise in program management and security operations. You bring over seven years of continuous program management experience in security operations or equivalent areas and hold advanced certifications that demonstrate your authority in the field. You excel in managing contracts, leading teams, and ensuring successful execution of statements of work (SOWs) while fostering collaboration across stakeholders. With fluent knowledge of Agile development and management methodologies, you are a strategic leader who thrives in high-visibility roles supporting federal partners. Your ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance makes you an ideal candidate for this impactful role.

The Skills

  • BA / BS degree with seven (7) continuous years of Program Management experience in Security Operations or equivalent area
  • Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent / higher PMI certification
  • Active ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or comparable certification
  • Proven expertise managing SOW execution and providing overall authority / responsibility for contractor performance
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile development and management methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills
  • Federal program management experience with the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance

The Expectations

30 Days

  • Assume full authority over SOW execution and contractor management (1 CFTE)
  • Build strong relationships with federal stakeholders, program teams, and the COR PM
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of existing operations, governance standards, and agency requirements

    • 60 Days

  • Streamline program management processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Implement Agile-based improvements to increase transparency, collaboration, and reporting accuracy
  • Provide oversight and guidance to ensure alignment with government requirements and mission needs

    • 90 Days

  • Drive program excellence by identifying process improvements and implementing industry best practices
  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure consistent program delivery and operational excellence
  • Provide strategic recommendations to government leadership to enhance security operations and program success

    • This is a remote position, but the schedule is based on Eastern Time Zone.
