Senior Home Lending Advisor - Farmington MI role at JPMorganChase. Job Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts, such as direct mail, media advertisements, relocation programs, statements programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, and outbound lead sourcing.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories) and works within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Builds reputation as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and understanding of the customer's financial needs and goals.

Regulatory and Licensing

This position is subject to the Dodd-Frank / Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment offers are contingent on review of criminal history, credit report, NMLS information, and other information relevant to financial responsibility and fitness for the position. Felony convictions within the last seven years may disqualify a candidate. Employment is contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act / Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements.
