Job description? High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in diesel mechanics ? 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance ? Proficiency with hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical systems ? Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills ? Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics ? Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus ? Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying outdoor conditions ? Primarily outdoor job sites and workshops ? Key Responsibilities :
Inspect, maintain, and repair construction equipment from various manufacturers, such as Komatsu, Case, Bomag, Kubota, Tadano, Manitowoc
- ? Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- ? Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency
- ? Document service and repair records accurately
- ? Field service techs will respond to on-site service calls in a professional manner
- ? Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- ? Own a complete set of standard repair tools, standard tools will not be provided
