Food can be medicine : working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, but less than 1% of eligible Americans use their covered benefits. Nourish is building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition that improves outcomes, lowers costs, and helps people live healthier, longer lives. We launched three years ago, are live in all 50 states, and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform. About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter on our growing Talent Acquisition team, you'll partner closely with the leadership team on attracting and acquiring top talent for all non-technical, non-sales functions. This is a full-cycle recruiting role with total ownership across sourcing, screening, and candidate / pipeline management. You'll be directly responsible for growing our corporate non-tech team while maintaining an extremely high bar which will require creative thinking and partnering across the business. This is an exciting opportunity with high exposure, visibility, and business partnering!

This role is full-time and only open to NYC-based candidates. Our office is in the heart of Flatiron.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all corporate non-tech & non-sales openings (sourcing, screening, scheduling and everything in-between).
• Partner with functional leaders and greater TA team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes.
• Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely.
• Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through various strategies (active and passive sourcing campaigns, job boards, conferences, social media, employee networks, outside agencies, internal hires, etc).
• Continuously strengthen the Nourish employer brand & hiring process. Our success depends on how well we hire and you'll introduce new ideas, best practices, influence the business to set a gold standard for talent acquisition.
