Job descriptionMedical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Active California Medical License DEA Certificate , BLS , and PALS certifications (required) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine HIV Certification preferred (not required) Strong clinical acumen and commitment to patient-centered care Familiarity with EClinicalWorks is a plus Spanish bilingual skills highly preferred Comprehensive Health Coverage : Employer-paid HMO, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan : Includes a 4% employer match after one year of service Financial Support : Life insurance, flexible spending accounts (FSA), loan forgiveness eligibility, and CME reimbursement Work-Life Balance : 13 paid holidays annually Telehealth Flexibility : Option to work remotely one day per week, based on capability and scheduling
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic, mission-driven team in Los Angeles, CA . This is an exciting opportunity for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, whole-person care to patients of all ages in a collaborative, community-focused setting .
As part of our multidisciplinary care team, youll play a vital role in serving a diverse and underserved population , delivering care with clinical excellence, empathy, and cultural sensitivity and making a lasting impact in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.
Schedule & Compensation
- Standard Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays : Every other Saturday, 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM
- Flex Schedule : Enjoy the preceding Friday off when working a Saturday shift
- Competitive Salary : $270,000 $350,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
- Mileage Reimbursement : $0.66 per mile
