In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to support recovery from illness or injury. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress using electronic medical records.
Required qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and a valid Wisconsin OT license. Experience in LTAC or acute care settings and strong communication skills are recommended.
