Why Join Us?

Pay : $18 / hr

Shifts Available :

1st Shift : 7 a.m. – 3 : 30 p.m., Monday – Friday

2nd Shift : 3 p.m. – 11 : 30 p.m., Monday – Friday

3rd Shift : 11 p.m. – 7 : 30 a.m., Sunday – Thursday

Referral Bonus : $100 for every friend you refer + $25 for referral to WSI

Weekly Pay

Path to Permanent Hire for excellent attendance, performance, and attitude

One earbud allowed during work hours

What You’ll Be Doing :

Operate molding presses and equipment to shape high-quality parts

Sand, inspect, and prepare components for final assembly

Work on parts up to 50 pounds

Maintain safety and quality standards at every step

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for your shift

Basic English skills (read, write, speak)

Physically ready for bending, twisting, and lifting
