Responsibilities :
Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain and update HR records, systems, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in managing employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to streamline HR workflows and improve efficiency.
Support the administration and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Handle general administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and organizing HR events.
Provide assistance in tracking and reporting on HR metrics and data.
Respond to employee requests and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related tools.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices.
Experience conducting background checks and maintaining compliance with employment regulations.
