As an Insurance Account Representative , youll play a vital role in helping customers understand their coverage options and secure the protection they need. Youll build lasting relationships, offer personalized guidance, and contribute directly to the agencys growth and success.   • Salary $35,000-$55,000 / yr on average. No limit on commission

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Assist clients with claims, payments, and policy updates
  • Convert leads into new business through consultative selling
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and accurate service every time
  • Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Prior insurance sales or service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Vietnamese) are a plus
  • Ability to work in a team enviroment
