Develop, test, and implement software applications with a focus on hands-on
coding
Maintain and enhance existing platforms, including ticket support and bug
resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to translate requirements into scalable
solutions
Participate in design discussions and interdepartmental meetings to drive
feature development
Typical Day :
Understanding requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Writing and reviewing code
Participating in team meetings and cross-functional collaboration
Balancing approximately 80% new feature development / 20% platform support
First 90 Days Contributions :
Gain a full understanding of the organization's existing platforms and
architecture
Begin contributing to new feature development for key initiatives
Take ownership of both ongoing support tasks and forward-looking development
projects
