Job Summary And Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with American-Mercy Home Care, you’ll be at the heart of patient care delivering expert clinical services, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and building meaningful relationships with those you serve. Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise your own caseload, nurturing the growth and development of LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides, to facilitate and cultivate a team of caregivers.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain thorough documentation to meet regulatory and operational standards.
• Utilize the latest technology and best practices to enhance patient care.

$32.98 - $47.82 / hour
