Under the general supervision of the Information Technology (IT) Supervisor II, the Information Technology Associate (ITA) serves as the first and second level point of contact for Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) end-users to remedy IT issues. The ITA performs a variety of tasks in connection with the support, analysis, development, installation, and implementation of personal computing devices, printers, related equipment and software. The ITA provides necessary operational support to the DCA's end user community. The ITA acts as the first and second levels of DCA's support structure. The ITA will work collaboratively with other divisional staff to remedy end-user issues that extend beyond the desktop. This position is in the Client Services domain.
