Job description

We are seeking a Senior Accountant who will assist and support the Accounting Manager with daily operations of the accounting office, ensuring efficiency and adherence to accounting and payroll policies. Qualified candidate with assist in preparing financial reports, process and approve payroll, provide QuickBooks and Paylocity support, and work to ensure data integrity and system upgrades and enhancements.   • Provide QuickBooks and Paylocity support to parishes, schools, and agencies.
  • Prepare / reconcile financial reports and support budget planning.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of payroll / accounting experience.
  • Strong leadership and communications skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Paylocity, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
