Job descriptionBrindar cuidado diario y asistencia a un cliente encamado, incluyendo bao, vestimenta, alimentacin e higiene personal. Monitorear la salud del cliente e informar cualquier cambio o preocupacin al equipo de atencin mdica. Asistir en la movilidad, incluyendo el reposicionamiento del cliente para prevenir lceras por presin. Asegurar que el espacio de vida del cliente est limpio y organizado. Preparar comidas y ayudar con la alimentacin si es necesario. Proporcionar compaa y apoyo emocional. Experiencia comprobada como cuidador(a), especialmente con clientes encamados. Confianza para manejar las necesidades fsicas y emocionales de un cliente encamado. Capacidad para trabajar como cuidador(a) residente con flexibilidad en los horarios. Fuertes habilidades de comunicacin y la capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con profesionales de la salud y miembros de la familia. Compasin, paciencia y un fuerte sentido de responsabilidad.

Esta es una posicin de cuidador(a) residente, proporcionando servicios de Asistente de Cuidado Personal (PCA) en un ambiente cmodo y de apoyo.
