Job descriptionPerform QC and tube warm-up practices as required Conduct modality-specific quality control (e.g., Phantom Imaging, cassette cleaning) Collaborate with Field Service Engineer to maintain equipment and image quality Follow radiation safety practices and ALARA principles to minimize exposure Use protective barriers, lead aprons, and shields when possible Participate in Radiology Quality Assurance Committee data collection Adhere to Safe Operating Procedures and ODH radiation safety guidelines Review physician orders for accuracy and ensure patient identification Set appropriate exposure settings (KVP, MAS) and accurately position patients Perform exams to provide quality images for physician interpretation Post-process images and educate patients and hospital staff as needed Work under the direction of Radiologist / Physician during procedures In emergencies, act quickly and efficiently for optimal patient outcomes

Radiology Technologist Qualifications :
- Associate's degree or equivalent in Radiology
- ARRT Registration required within 90 days post-graduation
- BLS certification required
