We are seeking an accomplished  Sales Associate  for our  Men’s Store  who combines deep knowledge of high-end style with a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Excellence :  Consistently achieve and exceed  individual and store sales goals , using strategic client outreach and expert selling techniques
• Provide personalized styling and fit guidance, showcasing  iconic luxury brands  carried by Hirshleifers’ Men’s Store
• Cultivate loyal client relationships that lead to repeat business and increased market share
• Maintain a pristine, visually compelling environment that reflects the standards of world-class luxury retail
• Assist with merchandise receiving, tagging, and product placement to keep the selling floor fully stocked and inviting

Qualifications

Proven sales performance  in luxury retail, with the ability to meet and surpass ambitious revenue targets

Extensive knowledge of high-fashion menswear and luxury brands ; genuine enthusiasm for style and current trends

Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Polished, professional appearance and demeanor befitting a premier luxury retail environment

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : Base salary + commission range $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
